PATO LLC takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what we don’t do with it.
What we collect
We collect information in the following ways:
Checkout: When you purchase a product, we collect the information you share with us, such as your name, email address, team or company name, and payment information. Payment details are processed by Stripe and are never stored by PATO LLC.
Newsletter signup: When you subscribe to the PATO newsletter, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name/nickname.
Contact forms: When you reach out via a contact or booking form, we collect the information you provide — typically name, email, and message.
Assessment responses: When team members complete the SPACE for Play Assessment survey, responses are collected anonymously. No personally identifiable information is attached to individual survey responses.
Website usage: patospace.com uses TWIPLA for site analytics. TWIPLA is a cookieless analytics tool — it does not place cookies on your device and does not collect personally identifiable information. Data collected includes aggregated, non-identifying information such as page visits and referral sources.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
Deliver the product or service you purchased
Send your team survey link and assessment report
Send the newsletter if you’ve subscribed (you can unsubscribe any time)
Respond to questions or inquiries
Improve our products and website
We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
patospace.com does not use cookies. The site analytics tool used (TWIPLA) is cookieless by design. No cookie consent banner is required because no cookies are set.
Third-party tools
PATO uses a small set of third-party tools to run the business. These tools may process your data as part of their service:
Stripe — payment processing
Tally — forms and checkout
Miro — workshop and template delivery
Mailerlite – newsletter platform
TWIPLA — cookieless website analytics
Cal.com — booking and scheduling
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. PATO selects tools that take data security seriously and does not authorize them to use your data for their own marketing purposes.
Assessment data
Survey responses collected as part of the SPACE for Play Assessment are anonymous. They are used solely to generate your team’s report. Individual responses are never shared with the purchasing team lead, other team members, or any third party.
Aggregated, anonymized response data will not be shared with any third party for any purpose, including research, marketing, or framework improvement, except as required by law. PATO LLC will only disclose data in response to a valid legal obligation, such as a court order, subpoena, or warrant, and only to the extent required by that obligation.
Data retention
We retain purchase records and contact information as long as needed to deliver our services and comply with applicable law. If you’d like your data deleted, email hello@patospace.com and we will respond within 10 business days.
Your rights
You have the right to:
Ask what personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data
Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email

Children
PATO’s products and website are intended for adults in professional contexts. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
Change to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this document. Continued use of the site or products after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
